• Plan, perform and report on audits relating to ISO 9001:2015;
• Assess Internal and Supplier Management Systems for Quality;
• Assist Management to improve operational performance and profits;
• Auditing Techniques: planning, preparation, performance, reporting and follow-up – close-outs;
• Writing audit findings as audit reports including accidents, incidents and hazardous occurrences;
• Understand corrective and preventive action and identify non-conformances and observations;
• Learn how to demonstrate due diligence to documented policy, processes and procedures.
